Returns & Exchanges

We want you to shop with total confidence. All our products are guaranteed against manufacturing defects, and we will happily replace any item that arrives damaged or differs from what you ordered.

Your Right to Cancel

In accordance with UK & EU Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods. You then have a further 14 days to return the items to us for a full refund.

Faulty Goods

If your product develops a fault, please contact us with your order number and a description/photo of the defect.

Within 30 days: You are entitled to a full refund or replacement.

Up to 6 months: We will repair or replace the item. If we cannot do so, you may be entitled to a refund.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected (usually within 7 working days), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Credit Card: Refunds typically take 5–10 working days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank.

Bank Transfers: Will be processed within 10 working days to the original account used for purchase.

Note: Customers are responsible for the cost of return postage unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
